Ottawa Senators

The Ottawa Senators were founded in 1883 and the team is the 2nd team to use the Ottawa Senators team name. The Ottawa Senators are based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and compete in the Northeast Division of the Eastern Conference of the NHL. The Ottawa Senators play all their home games in the Scotiabank Place, which has changed names twice before. The Ottawa Senators have an impressive record, qualifying for the Stanley Cup playoffs 11 out of 12 seasons. The Ottawa Senators then proceeded to win the President’s Trophy in 2003. The Ottawa Senators also appeared in the 2007 Stanley Cup Finals.
