Q: Where is my order?
A: You can be updated on the status of your order any time day or night by accessing your_account. From here you can log in with your email address and password to view your order history and shipping status.
You will be take to the My Account screen where you can view/change shipping addresses and view order history including all orders and their shipping status. Please keep in mind that this information is not in real time and may be delayed by up to one business day causing orders that may have actually shipped to show open in your account.

Q: How quickly will my order arrive?
A:Items generally leave our warehouse within 1 business day. If you choose our Free Shipping option we choose the fastest and most affordable method of ground shipping to get your order to you as promptly as possible and we ask that you allow 7-10 business day for processing and shipping time. If you would prefer to guarantee an earlier arrival of your order we are always happy to use expedited shipping services at an additional cost.

Items must be in new, unused or unworn condition and a printed copy of your invoice must be included.For your protection we recommend you ship your items UPS with a tracking number. Champions On Display will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during the shipping process.Please do not send items COD, they will not be accepted.

Q: Can I send an item as a gift?
A:Absolutely. You can send your order directly to friends and loved ones straight from our warehouse.
When purchasing items to send as gifts please be sure to include the receivers address as the "Shipping Address". Your personal information will be included as the "Billing Address".
Packing Slips do not contain pricing information so sending items directly is never a concern.
Q: What are my Payment options?

Q: Will I be charged Sales Tax?
A:Sales tax will not be charged to orders shipping to addresses outside the state of Oklahoma. Orders shipping to addresses within Oklahoma will be charged the current sales tax rate for Cleveland county.

Q: Can I Cancel My Order?
A: Yes. If you would like to cancel an order already placed you may fill out the Cancellation Request form. Once we have received your request a customer service representative will contact the appropriate warehouse and attempt to cancel your order. If customer service is notified by our warehouse that your order has shipped or is in the shipping process (i.e. picked and packed) we will be unable to complete your cancellation request. In the event that we are unsuccessful we will notify you via email.
If we are unable to honor your cancellation request you may return your item within 30 days for a refund, if desired. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as a 10% restocking fee.

Q: Can I Change My Order Address?
A: Yes. If you would like to change the address associated with an order please contact_us with your order number and shipping information. Our customer service representative will contact the appropriate warehouse and attempt to change the shipping address for your order. If our customer service representative is notified by the warehouse that your order has already shipped or is in the process of being shipped (i.e. picked and packed) we will be unable to complete your request for an address change.In the event that we are unsuccessful we will notify you via email of the final shipping address associated with your order.
If you would like to make an exchange for an item purchased please complete our Exchange_Request form so that we may ensure availability of the item that you are exchanging for. You will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours with a Return Product Authorization (RPA) and details on how to exchange your product. Please keep in mind that lost returns are the responsibility of the customer. Champions On Display recommends sending packages via a trackable method such as UPS or USPS for your protection.
You may make exchanges any time within 30 days from the original purchase date. In order to receive your credit towards purchase or your new item, returned items must be in new, unused and unworn condition. Any items deemed to be of poor quality will be returned at the purchasers expense and no refund exchange will be issued.
In order to avoid a restocking fee do not send items back until you have received your RPA from a Champions On Display representative.
