Q: Where is my order?
A: When you placed your order, you should have received an email confirmation from Champions On Display. When your order has shipped, you should also receive a shipping confirmation email with instructions on how to track your order at the carrier's website. Q: How quickly will my order arrive?
A: Most orders leave our warehouse within one business day. However, some items require additional processing before being shipped. For more information, please refer to the "Availability" section located just below the product description for more information. If you choose our Free Shipping option, we choose the fastest and most affordable method of ground shipping to get your order to you as promptly as possible and we ask that you allow 4-7 days for the delivery to occur (subject to "Availability" as noted above). If you would prefer an earlier arrival of your order, we are always happy to ship your order with an expedited delivery service for an additional charge.

Q: How much will shipping cost?
A: All continental U.S. orders qualify for Standard Free Shipping for an expected arrival within 4-7 days. We also offer expedited delivery options at an additional cost. You may choose the Expedited 2-3 Day Delivery option for $3.99 or the Express 1-2 Day Delivery option for $24.99. The International Shipping Cost is subject to calculation by weight and location. Please use the shipping calculator at checkout for International rates.

Q: How can I return an item?
A: Champions On Display offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you would like to return an item, all returns or exchanges must be made within 90 days from the original date of purchase. Items must be in the same new, unused or unworn condition, as was received and must include the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number is provided by Champions On Display customer support representatives and can be requested either by phone at (866) 581-8770 or by email at questions@championsondisplay.com. For your own protection, we recommend that you ship merchandise via UPS and keep a record of the tracking number in case verification of the return is needed. Champions On Display will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. Please do not send items COD, they will not be accepted.

Q: Can I send an item as a gift?
A: Absolutely. You can send your order directly to friends and loved ones straight from our warehouse. When purchasing items to send as gifts, please be sure to include the receiver's address in the "Shipping Address" fields when checking out.

Packing Slips do not contain pricing information so sending items directly is never a concern.

Q: What are my Payment options?
A: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Discover, Master Card and American Express. You may also pay via your PayPal or Amazon Pay accounts. All orders will be charged at the time of purchase. If you wish to order by phone, please call (866) 581-8770, M-F 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.

Q: Will I be charged Sales Tax?
A: Sales tax will not be charged to orders shipping to addresses outside the state of Oklahoma. Orders shipping to addresses within Oklahoma will be charged the current sales tax rate for Cleveland county.

Q: How do I Redeem a Coupon Code?
A: We love to reward our valued customers with coupons and savings throughout the year. If you have received a coupon or promotional code and would like to use it with your purchase, you can add desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout process. Codes and promotional discounts are entered on the checkout page and total discounts are reflected in your final order preview before your order is placed.

Q: Can I Check My Order Status?
A: When you place an order, you should receive an email confirmation from Champions On Display and when your order has shipped, you should also receive a shipping confirmation email with instructions on how to track your order. You may track your shipment by entering the tracking number on the shipping carrier's website, typically USPS.com, UPS.com, or FEDEX.com. If you have further questions, please contact us toll-free by phone at 1-866-581-8770, or by email at questions@championsondisplay.com.

Q: Can I Cancel My Order?
A: Yes. If you would like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at (866) 581-8770 or send an email to questions@championsondisplay.com. Once we have received your request a customer service representative will contact the appropriate warehouse and attempt to cancel your order. If customer service is notified by our warehouse that your order has shipped or is in the shipping process (i.e. picked and packed), we will be unable to complete your cancellation request. In the event that we are unsuccessful, we will notify you via email.

If we are unable to honor your cancellation request, you may return your item within 90 days for a refund, if desired. Customers will be responsible for the shipping expense to return the merchandise.

Q: Can I Change My Order Address?
A: Yes. If you would like to change the address associated with an order, please contact us with your order number and shipping information. Our customer service representative will contact the appropriate warehouse and attempt to change the shipping address for your order. If our customer service representative is notified by the warehouse that your order has already shipped or is in the process of being shipped (i.e. picked and packed), we will be unable to complete your request for an address change. In the event that we are unsuccessful, we will notify you via email of the final shipping address associated with your order.

If you would like to make an exchange for an item purchased, please complete our Exchange Request form. You will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and details on how to exchange your product. Please keep in mind that lost returns are the responsibility of the customer. Champions On Display recommends sending packages via a trackable method such as UPS or USPS for your protection.

You may make exchanges any time within 90 days from the original purchase date. In order to receive your credit towards purchase or your new item, returned items must be in the same new, unused, and unworn condition as was received. Any items deemed to be of poor quality will be returned at the purchasers expense and no refund exchange will be issued.

Please do not return merchandise until you have received your RMA number from a Champions On Display representative.

Q: What Shipping Methods and Rates Are Used?
A: The Standard Free Shipping option includes USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or USPS First Class Mail, depending on the size and weight or your total order. The Expedited 2-3 Day Delivery shipping option at the additional cost of $3.99 uses the appropriate USPS or UPS services required for 2-3 day delivery.  The Express 1-2 Day Delivery shipping option at the additional cost of $24.99 uses the USPS service required for 1-2 day delivery. Canadian and International orders use USPS International mail services.

Q: What Is Free Standard Shipping?
A: Free Standard Shipping is our way of saying Thank You for your order! Champions On Display now offers Free Shipping on any size order. We continue to ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail. With Free Standard Shipping we choose the fastest, most affordable way to get your items to you. Because of our central location in the U.S. we are usually able to ship orders from our warehouse to your door in 4-7 days using Free Standard Shipping methods! While most items ship within one business day, some items require additional processing before being shipped.
